Welcome Brooklyn Florence Zdrodowski - May 20, 2015

On May 20th, 2015 at 2:14am our lives were forever changed as we welcomed our daughter, Brooklyn Florence, into the world.  She was 7lbs 6 oz, and 20.5 inches long.  She put up a fight coming into this world and Mom's doctor said she was, "a trouble maker already."   Mom and Dad's good friend Pam was there for all of labor and helped deliver Brooklyn which was very special.

 

 Brooklyn had many special people waiting for her arrival.  Her Nana and Grandpa Alderman and Grammy and Gramps Z had been at the hospital since 10am on Tuesday and Aunt Emily joined them around noon.  Once she finally arrived we all celebrated with birthday cake at 4:15am!

While we were in the hospital we had lots of special visitors, including all of Brooklyn's Grandparents, Aunts & Uncles, and most cousins....Jacob was very young so he stayed home

The day after Brooklyn was born we headed home to meet Brooklyn's dog sister, Kedzie,  and start our journey as a new family together
